I received a form in the mail for our annual corporation minutes form. This form is not legitimate. The company requested $125.00 and requested credit card information. This company is not affiliated with the State of Florida Corporation Division. Had I not queried the form with my attorney I would have completed the form, paid the $125.00 and then probably down the line would have found out that Indeed the annual corporations fees would not have been paid to the State of Florida. I suspect that many people have filled out this form and sent it in so far.
