I ordered a trial sample of ReliftXS on 22 February which was to be trialled for a period of 14 days. The item eventually arrived by post 19 days (12 March) after the order was placed. I noted that no paperwork came with the order. This aroused my suspicions so I checked my credit card and found that $141.50 (£92.03) had been taken out by ReliftXS on 9th March, 4 days before I had even received the product. I had had no time to trial the product.
I phoned the company and cancelled the order and asked for an email confirming this and never got one. I also asked for a refund of the amount they had debited but was told that the terms and conditions on the site state that the product has to be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order otherwise I would be charged, and they kept on saying that I hadn’t cancelled within the 14 days so they would not return the money.
We noticed that the package was stamped with several different countries, ReliftXS “United Kingdom [008] P.O. Box 30816, Salt lake City UT 84130, USA” and “Dept 90001, PO Box 5001, SE-202 26, Malmo, Sweden”. It was obvious that it would be very unlikely to arrive within the 14 day trial period.
I just do not trust this company and, even though they say they have cancelled the order, I am very concerned that they may try to extract money again.
