I thought I was ordering four tickets online for Barry Manilow at St. Louis Fox Theatre at $246 each, plus service fees of $31.98 x four, plus $15 delivery, a total of $1196.92. I received at least four e-mails which I copies, stating tickets had been purchased, were on the way, should arrive on, and had arrived. Finally, I received a packet from FedEx containing an envelope with a note that said that the tickets were being held at the box office along with what was called a gift card. When I presented the gift card, I was presented four tickets worth $89.99 each which totaled $359.96. I complained at the Fox, that they were the wrong tickets, but they said I was a case of fraud.
