Classic Cadillac is a horrible dealership to buy a car from. The staff is very rude. They promise to call you back and they don't. Brian Long, Finance Director, has no idea what is going on in the financing department. Mike Domenicone just gives you the run around. His executive assistant, Sue Baucom, has no idea how to assist anyone and also gives you the run around. They do not respond to matters in a timely manner. My husband has bought a car from them, every year for the past three years (cars valued between 45-80k)... Only for us to learn that they have over charged us each time. They have promised certified cars and we are to find out that it is only certified by their dealership alone... And some parts weren't certified at all! They double sell additional products. And they rush you through the selling process only to get you out the door. And call you back to tell you something didn't go as planned and will need you to come in and sign off on another contract. Regardless of your credit, they also give you questionable and outright WRONG interest rates (my husband has a credit rating 750). I am surprised this dealership is still open. They have no idea what customer service means. I cannot believe a business can be run by these people. Do not buy from here.
