I was a lucky one that actually got through to the phone number that was never mentioned in the add. I got it after I received a package that I did not know what it was or from whom. Once I opened it I flipped. I then called the number 1-877-498-1950 and waited 20 minutes for a real person to answer it. We then proceeded to go through the long process of returning the product and getting my money back. And it will still take 7-10 banking days for it to show up on my account. The add for the aqualift and vitaderm was for shipping only $5.00 for a 15 day trial. Never mentioned you will be billed automatically every month. So when this black box showed up with no specific ID except AandBip I had to open it. They told me to send back the package unopened and I told them I had to open the box to see who it was from.
This is a huge scam ladies so be careful and either be prepared to pay or never order the stuff.
