I ordered the trial sample having to pay for just the p & p. When the product arrived I was asked to pay Customs and Excise duty which was almost $60. I refused and so the post person returned it to the seller. There has now been $141.80 taken from my account for the product.
When I eventually found a contact number I have been told that this is not their problem, I should have accepted the product and then returned it, the product does not be returned to them (but was unable to tell me who or where it went), and that the best they could do was refund only $70 it total.
I believe that this is one of the biggest rip offs about and that everyone should know who or what they are dealing with before being dupped as I have just found.
Be aware - be careful
