I ordered a sample of Evening Sky cream in October which I paid for and received. The company have since taken the above sum from my account even though I did not order any further product. They sent me some product that I refused to accept as the Post Office wanted £20.46 for customs duty. The product was returned to the company and I assumed this was the end of the matter but obviously not. I would like some advice on how to receive a refund of my money.
