I am not American so there may be a few grammar errors but please understand.
Last December I went to an office for professional Dating and Matchmaking Service. I found that office on an Internet (www.Two OUs.com). The commercial said “Our well-respected, highly personalized compatibility search elevates your opportunity to connect with thousands and thousands of members nationwide! “.
When I talked to Counselor Cori, she guaranteed they would give me the correct identification information (I believed them because she said their Identification was absolutely different than the ones on the internet dating site) and she said she would be responsible for the information. So I paid $1500.00 and signed up. She said ‘we would send me the information in the next few days’. If I didn’t like the information they would give me, they would give the next information. But a woman named Irin called me after 20 days and gave me information and a phone number. But I didn’t like that information. But she forced me to call the number and I said refused to call the number and then she almost yelled at me and said that is the only information that was available for me. I was shocked and really uncomfortable. But finally I called the number and talk to one person and he said he would call me back in a week. But he didn’t. So I called him back and it said it was “no longer in service”. I told Irin later what happened but she said ‘try again’ and then hung up. And I never got a response.
Later, I called many times to speak to counselor Cori. But no-one ever called back… finally I left a message to that office saying that you gave me information that I didn’t like and you forced me to call that number and also you gave me incorrect information and I called many times and you never responded. You were irresponsible and I could not work with you any more so that’s why I want my money back and on the message I put if you don’t react to this message again I will not have anymore patience.
Finally Nancy, (the one in charge or maneger) called me on first February in a severe tone and said, “We will never return your money! And you should have canceled in 3days”. She said that I could sue them and they wouldn’t care and then hung up. I also mentioned that I am not American and couldn’t speak English perfectly and I told her to slow down and talk more clearly but she kept on talking fast like she didn’t care about what I just said.
It has been almost 3 months and I never got in touch and no-one called me and I can’t even to them either. I can not trust them any more. So I want my money back.
