We shopped at BJ in College Point Location in Queens New York. When we were checking out at the self-checkout counter, we needed help. When we are looking for an assistance paying, the customer service called us stupid. He thought I do not understand English since I looked like an immigrant. But we clearly hard calling us stupid! But what kind of employee education BJ is doing? I filed a complaint to BJ and I was expecting some kind of explanation or apology, but we were ignored. I guess a large national chain retailer do not care. Do not care about small minority shoppers.
