I was one of the suckers who was convinced to take a holiday in the US and the day after my eagle eyed daughter told me they'd been listed on a Scamwatch site in New Zealand. I rang the bank straightaway to cancel my card then sent an email to ask for a full refund of the $998 US, so was told they didn't have a refund policy but would put $500 US into my account. It arrived and I then sent another email to insist upon the remainder, but no joy even though it was in the 30 day cancellation phase. Have got in touch with the Better Business Bureau in Tampa to make a complaint.
