Same as all the others, very professional outfit, although they are using VOIP, so had to wait for the delay to have a conversation. Said a reversal of payment would be no problem if notified within 30 days. When Ann rang me this morning to confirm everything, I was able to tell her I didn't want the holiday and could she arrange for a refund. This apparently was not how they did business, however she could give me a $500 refund and upgrade the accommodation. I've posted as many complaints as I can in the hope that someone can shut them down. Spread the word!!
