I cancelled my reservation due to family emergency. Alleged Business (Best Travel Store) will not refund my money. I read the fare rules and cancellation policy. The policy does not mention or reflect anything about $200.00 in cancellation fees for the airlines (Air France) and it mentions nothing about $100.00 cancellation fees for the Best Travel Store. I called the airlines to cancel my reservation. The Air France Airlines informed me that they have nothing to do with the Best Travel Store. The Best Travel Store is a fraud. I am seeking full refund of $986.10.
