I ordered 2 free samples and only had to pay postage. These samples never arrived and I was charged for the full cost of these products with no notification. I had not re-ordered any of the creams when one arrived in the post on 28/01 for which I ahve been charged, and for another which I have not received, nor want.
I sent an email earlier today asking them not to send any more as I had not placed an order or I would submit a complaint.
I received a response stating that they would reply within 48 hours and that I should not reply to the email. I contacted b/card asking them not to make further payments, and would be cancelling my card.
