I ordered a free sample and only had to pay postage. These samples didnt even arrive before I was charged for the full cost of these products with no notification. The free samples have still not arrived to date and I have been advised not to use them as they are not safe. These people are not contactable by email and I have sent a letter requesting a refund. I have cancelled my credit card and my bank has alerted the authorities to their scam
