My daughter and I were looking for a rental property house listed on Postlets. This "person" claimed he had to move to the UK and wanted a family to move into his "family" home. We were to submit an application and they would send us keys once the money was sent. Now, the house was on 921 Treasure road in Garland, TX, and it is for sale. We were able to look at the house, completely gutted, and owned by another person - it is a foreclosure house. Mr. Winters and I exchanged email, i told him he was a fraud, he called me a fool, and turned around and emailed my daughter telling her to Western Union $1,900 and she could have the keys sent by his "lawyer". Beware of this out of state/country scam artists. We did not lose anything but I want the world to know. He could not even but the right name on the lease, it was under a woman by the name of Alicia Power.
