I bought a pair of shoes from Charleston Dept. Store. They would not give me a refund. They told me I could get another shoe but there was nothing else I wanted and did not have time for them to order them. I needed them for work the next day. They have a thirty day return policy and it was before 30 days. They refused to give me a refund. I bought the shoes on Jan 31 and took them back in on Feb 26.
