I received an email fromACS Inc.informing me a lawsuit will be instigated aginst me for the amount of $945.67 if I did not respond within 48 hours. The phone number was 1-760-5431. I was instructed to have my debit card ready. If I did not respond the lawsuit would proceed and the amount would be $4728.35. I did not respond but notified the FTC, California Atty General Office and the Alabama Atty Office.
