On 2-17-12 I received an email From ACS Inc that they wer notifying me a lawsuit will be brought against me for an unpaid amount of $945.67I was told I had 48 hours in which to pay this amount and when calling 1-760-542-3152 to have my debit card ready. Iwas told that if I did not respond I should be prepared to pay$4728.35. I see from other reports the exact same wording but with different amounts owed and different phone numbers. I did not respond to the email nor did I call the phone number. I did file a report with the FTC, California Attorney General and Alabama Attorney General.
