I ordered a pair of converse chuck taylor sock roll down shoes for $22.88. I did not recieve the item until February 25. I received a small envelope maybe about 5x5 inches in size, obviously to small for a pair of shoes. I have not opened it as I am unsure what to do, but it feels like there is a small piece of fabric inside. Before receiving this envelope I emailed kelly-mall.info twice about my order and where it was, and I did not get a reply either time.
