I ordered shoes on February 1 and I received a confirmation email. Two weeks went by and my status was still "processing". I sent three emails total through a period of 4 weeks and no one ever responded. Two days ago I received an envelope with a phone chain (small, cheap fabric bag) from Singapore. I did not realize that this was the package I "ordered" until I saw the other complaints about this site who experienced the same exact thing. I'm about to contact PayPal, but from the looks of it, they are going to do nothing about it.
