Bought a pair of size 8 Circa Indy shoes from www.kelly-mall.info, got a novelty wristband instead. Paid with pay pal as it was the only option. After receiving the postcard sized package supposedly containing a pair of shoes (shoes cant weigh 0.1 oz) I did some research and this website has done this before! Learned a lesson, do the research first!
