I purchased a generator in december from above company over the internet for a Christmas present. So it was early December. It wasnt opened until 12/25. It wasnt until January, my husband looked at the generator and noticed a part (oil plug) was missing. I called the company 2 times and multiple emails and they finally sent me an oil plug. Now we are into February. My husband went to put the oil plug in, and found there isnt any threading on the female end to scew in the plug. Meaning making the generator unusable. I have tried to contact the company serveral times since, but their phone mailbox is full, no one answers and no one answers my emails.
I paid good money for this new generator. But according to their policy, its over 30 days since this was purchased and they dont feel they have to make good on this purchase.
