I ordered 2 pairs of uggs, My debit card was charge extra first of all becuase the shoes were only supposed to be $129.87 but they charged me $139.60 all together. I emailed them to ask them about, I never recieved a reply. The shoes got to me on 2/21. They were horrible looking. They looked nothing like they did in the pictures. On their webside, it says if you want to return an item you have to call/email and let them know. I've been calling and emailing since I got the shoes but it says "this phone has been powered off". And like before, nobody's emailing me back. I just want these shoes gone and my money back please help!!!
