I ordered emergency! DVD collection / limited edition DVD box set from Tim Cunha at timcunha.com I ordered this on 2/92 I had to call them to get a tracking number on 2/15 they gave me the wrong # called them on the 16th I got the right one this time the order was sent on 2/14 on 2/21 it came in 2 see through white boxes each with 15 DVDs the DVDs had computer printed labels hand written # when I put one in to view it was not the right one for the # not only it was recorded from TV land and I was charged more than the amount that I got in an email that was for $ 104.95 I got charged $ 105.35 a $ 2.10 international transaction fee if I wonted it from TV I would have done so / on 2/10 I got an email from [email protected] I sent a replay got nothing back in the email they also gave a link to OrderSupport.Biz I sent them a message nothing there web site dose not say that they are reordered from TV land / I ordered from a us company but the company gets things from out side the us and this is not on there web site
