I recieved a free trial but i cancelled my subscription via phone before this period was up. I then recieved an invoice for amonthly subscription. I emailed and was then given reponse confirming my subscription was in fact cancelled. The next day i was charged. I called and they had no record of my email. I was told to re forward the email and explain my complain and then somone would be in touch. I was emailed 48 hrs later and asked to call customer service. I did dso and nothing has been resloved and has now been 3 weeks os this saga speaking to one rude person after the next. I wasnt myu moeny back and the so called customer service are rude and unprofessional. They don t seem to have a clue on how to conduct business.
