I was approaced by a college student in the mall. He stated that he was selling magazines in order to win a trip overseas with his communications class, and the person who sold the most magazines would win the trip. He had a variety of magazines. He stated that he took checks. He provided me with a reciept stating that the magazine subscription would arrive four months later. The receipt also included a customer service email to contact the company.
After it had been the end of the fourth month i had emailed the provided email address stating that i had not recieved my subscription. They emailed back stating that it should arrive the next month. The next month i still had not recieved the subscription, so i emailed the customer service address again stating that i was dissapointed in the customer service and would take legal action if my subscription was not recieved. I did not recieve a reponse to this email and now it looks like im out on my money.
