I just received a call from my bank about odd withdrawals and found out it was vitaderm, i ordered sample on 1/31 and received it 10 days ago, my wife has tried it 2 days later till now and hasnt noticed any difference. I called them to cancel as i am out of work now for last 2 weeks and they said they will send me 3 bottle but cant give me refund due to calling after 14 day trial which starts when you order sample. This should not start till you receive sample in my opinion. Now i will getr 3 bottles, i would rather my money back, i will return unopen packeage they send me to get it
