I was called at my home # and was told that my computer had send a signal alerting them that it had a virus. When i was called I was led to believe that he was a Windows technician calling to help install an antivirus program. He asked for me to turn on my computer and open up a certain window so that he could show me the many viruses my computer had. Next thing I knew he had access to my computer from where ever he was.in order to fix the problem he informed me that i would have to purchase an antivirus package. I told him that i had to speak to my husband about it and that i was not authorizing anything. While he had control of my computer i could see the different windows that he was opening. I saw that he went into my e-mail and i believe that through the amazon account e-mail they accessed my bank account info.
