I have Windows on my computer. For that reason I have Windows updates. Windows required me to install a Service Pack 3 update on my computer by not allowing my computer to work without it. My computer kept going down. I installed the update and it will not allow me to restart my computer in Normal mode. I have to install it in Safe mode which limits what I can do on my computer and will not allow me to reinstall my Norton Antivirus. I have reserached on the internet and have found that this problem may exist because of an incompatibility with my AMD processor. There was no mention of this in the instructions. Microsoft wants to charge me to fix this problem. I feel that this is their problem and they should fix it without charging me.
