Heilana Ltd. Sof - Antivirus 360
So called computer software company

This company, Heilana Ltd. Sof (aka) Antivirus 360 or whoever they are, has taken over my home computer saying that I has 68 serious viruses that could put my computer under attack and is serious enough to disable it completely. On March 3rd, at 6:55 P.M. CST, I was asked to fix the problem by submitting my bank card or credit card information to fix the problem. I thought that microsoft internet was doing this not some other off brand software company, after many times of trying to bypass the problem it continued to block and cut off my computer. So to NO avail I purchased this so call protection for $79.90 and I continue to have problem to date, but now it is coming up use Antivirus Pro that is also a part of this Heilana Ltd. Sof. The email that was given is not correct and my computer should not have been ambushed by this company or anyother company. With this same mess about Antivirus Pro will protect my computer for $89.95 for 3 years. Come on now. What kind of people are they to prey on others? What is the next lie they will come up with? These cons need to be stop by any means necessary, get this, I was told by a Computer Technician that I will have to pay to get this so called computer protection taken off my computer by a removal product. All I want at this point is my money returned to my account in full and complete control of my computer again and never to be bothered by them or anyother company posing as computer protection for computers. If not that I would like to speak with a rep from this so called Staff Support from this company. There is no way to contact them, there is no phone number or physical address, I only have an email from them saying #150150 Issue Created: Antivirus 360 product inquiry, Priority: Medium,
Submitted: Wed. March 4th, at 02:31: 17 UTC, and that someone from their staff (Support Team) will be in contact with me. There has been no message from them at all. Now what should I think other than this is a FRAUD. Yes I am upset. Very upset. My God what is this world coming to?
