CHrpay.com/pnra, Antivirus 2009 Fraudulant Antivirus 2009 - TERRIBLE Trojan viruses installed and no way to contact them

I began receiving incesent pop-ups stating my computer is infected with several viruses. As my antivirus was about to expire and they presented themselves as affiliated with Windows using their four colors in a shield (like the security windows shield in "control panel".

Once downloaded, my computer was taken over. I have done everything I can to get the viruses off but am still not comfortable puttin sensative information on my computer AND the virus doesn't allow you to activate your firewall.

I emailed and called and no answer EVER!

I am working with my creditor to get this removed from my credit card. However, it has cost me over $100 so far to try and get these viruses off. I will probably have to go buy a new computer at this point.
