I also fell for this scam. I ordered what I thought was trial samples of face and eye cream, wrong! I was only paying for the post and packaging. I then had £19.97, £74.95, £60.02 and £51 taken from my bank account without my knowledge. I rang the company and was told that I had agreed to this as I had not rung them to cancel my order within the 14 days of delivery. I was not offered any refund but was told that my order had been cancelled and that I wouldn't receive any more in the future. I have spoken to my bank and I will not be paying any more to this unscrupulous company. I did take umbrage to the person on the phone wishing me "have a nice day". I do hope that these people get put out of buisness very quickly.
