I stupidly bought a `trial offer` of a serum and face cream from an advert on face book, i paid the the offer price of £ 2.95 for each cream. I received the items very quickly, and thought no more about it... Until i checked my bank account yesterday and was very shocked to see that a payment of £ 195 had been taken from my account. I rang the bank straight away who are trying to help, and i rang the cream care company, which was a recorded message, but i wasnt able to leave a reply. I feel sickened to think i have been so stupid, but i did not read anywhere that there would be any payments taken again.
