I clicked on this companys pop up which was offering free trials on face creams that promise to be better than cosmetic surgery (there was a p&p charge of around £3) after I'd signed up for the face cream they offered a free trial on an eye cream and face serum since i was already paying the p&p. I felt it was too good to be true and looked over the site for fine print or a catch but couldn't see anything. This month they have taken out 3 payments consisting of £51, £79.99 & £74.95. I have contacted the company and they have cancelled any future transactions but will not refund the money they have taken.
