Was guided on to site, thought it would be a nice gift for my wife.
They mentioned a breakthrough face cream and it was on trial and the only cost you would occur was the postage and packaging.
I was a little suspect but for $5 there was not much to loose.
I offered up my card details and paid as I was leaving site there was an offer for the Rejuvanew eye cream as part of original purchase, I had to click on the offer if I wanted to receive a free sample of eye cream. I did not agree to any terms and conditions or agree to future offers or products, the free samples turned up 4 weeks later.
I was not suspicious until the bank phoned informing me about a suspect purchase fron Cyprus which is infact was where my $120 dollars went, 2 weeks later we found out that Rejuvanew had taken the money.
Unknowingly by clicking on the offer after payment for the eye cream we allowed this company to take the additional money? The bank has stopped all future payments to the company but we still have to try and contact them stopping any additional money coming out because we have no idea what we signed up for and there is a chance they will carry on taking money from our account.
