"I initially ordered trial for this product on October 1st before I received the product was charged for the next one (full price). I have asked them to stop sending the product and for a refund, but to no avail. I have sent all but the first 2 back to them. It takes about 3 weeks for me to receive it, so just after I get the product I am charged for the next one.
