I sent for a free sample of two products that were advertised, paying only for the postage and packaging. Nothing was written about having to purchase additional products. £74.95 and £79.99 were the taken out of my account a month later, so I rang the bank to be informed that there was nothing they could do, as the debit was legal. They said they would stop the payment but this would only take effect in 30 days. I coundn't stop the payment, as I had no valid email address for them. What can I do to get my money back?
