We got a mailer about being able to lower our mortgage rate. Being in a tough spot finacially my husband thought it was worth a shot to see what it was about. John Silver took over from there and scamed my husband out of $3500. We had a few calls with him, a so called appraisal (which no one showed up for and when we talked to JOhn about it he said it was a "drive by apprasial") that is when we got very questionable on what was going on, eventhough from day one it didn't feel right because it was too good to be true. Now and month later we called to find out what was going on, numbers are NOT in service and they are unreachable. Anyone have any idea what to do next???
