I received a postcard regarding a Loan modification principal reduction plan with Citimortgage. CSFA sent me paper work with the loan approval and phone number for USMMC for the property appraisal. Nothing ever happened after receiving my money. I called them constantly and was in contact up until 2/13 with John Silver. Dominick Nolan, Chris Paska and Paul all are from CSFA, Jayden is with USMMC to process the loan.
Chris Paska, John Silver. Both are very professional sounding, and really sound like they know what they are talking about. So much so that they convinced me to send them $4200 for a refinance with Citi Mortgage. Now they are gone! The phone is not in service at the moment. I called the bank, and they have no one there by the name of Cindy Woodlock, the account number is bogus, and my $4200 is gone. Jayden told me he was working with underwriters by the name of Claudia Lopez and John from Wells Fargo to get the loan finalized.
I looked at this site before sending them money, there were no scam complaints or anything at the BBB.
DO NOT fall for this scam. It is nothing but a very well orchestrated RIP OFF.
