As a consumer I would really insist on what is rightfully mine. Just a reminder when ordering online. Make sure you get the right information.in fairness to RocaLabs, my customer service experience has really been great. The formula is working great for me although at first I have to admit, it was a slow to take effect. After 3-4 weeks my body was able to adjust to the formula. Of course it was not a smooth journey, I've had those complaints that one can see on some sites, like going to the bathroom often, not being able to take down the formula at first. Let your system adjust to it.
I know this may sound like an advertisement but I'm just writing down my experience.
