For the past 26 plus years I have had dealings with Axsys National Bank aka FingerHut.in all that time I never had any problems. Once they became Axsys National Bank all hell broken loose. I have paid this company thousands of dollars over the years and now the are treating me as if I were Al Capone.
I recently started using a bank payee service offered by my bank. It is a flat-fee service which does all the paperwork, no more worries about writing checks, buying stamps or fear that the bill will be lost in the mail.
On June 5 the bank submitted payment of $30.00, electronicly. Now I discover Axsys National Bank aka FingerHut does not except electronic payment. According to my records and the banks records the bill has been paid. Axsys National Bank aka FingerHut claims they never recieved oayment and are adding late fees to my account. They are insisting I make payment NOW, over the phone. The people employed by this company are rude, threatning and outright stupid.
When I asked for a mailing address they couldn't get that right stating that 900 was 9000 and when I explained that 900 was nine hundred not nine thousand the woman argued with me and in the end said "whatever".
It has become clear to me that a good many of the people who work for this company must live in a company dorm, how else would they find their way to work each day?
Stay as far away from Axsys National Bank aka FingerHut as is humanly possible. If you recieve mailings from this company shred them, place the strips in THEIR pre-paid envelope and make them pay the postage.
The origanal FingHut went bankrupt and a new company formed using the same name, which should not be legal, this is the cause of all the confussion.
Be aware that if you call 1-800-233-3588 (the origanal FingerHut number) you will now be routed to India. Not only is Axsys National Bank aka FingerHut stealing your hard earned money they are stealing jobs which could be done by patriotic Americans, how dare they?
If there is a way to become involved in a class action suit against Axsys National Bank aka FingerHut please let me know.
