The pdf is awful. My 8yr old already knows the information in this pdf. Things like get rice and beans and store in a safe place. I have asked for a refund but the company is giving me the run around and will not answer my questions. They offered me a DVD in stead and have now closed my ticket without not only resolving the issue, they never answered one of my questions. Obviously a scam. Don't get pulled in.
