Ripoff, sent check for book, check has been cashed, no book delivered, dishonest thiefs

Eceived envelope in mail to get a copy of book for free grants.
I sent a check to the company along with my name and address.

The company promised to send the book to me, with the guarantee tahat if I didn't get the cash I desired or the book wasn't everything I expected, I could simply return it at anytime up to one full year and get my money back-no questions asked.

After two months of my check being cashed, for almost $24.00, I still have not received the book. Of course there is no telephone number or e-mail to contact them.
