This company called me to get diabetic supplies through medicare. I am not old enough to have medicare yet but due to my disability i do have hospital medicare coverage only. I told them this and they kept sending me supplies and i was trying to get authorization to send them back and all of this went on until 7/22. I called them on every other day at customer service then finally talked to manager (cleveland swaby) and he told me to send items back via fed ex and i did (tracking # 997073100417624) and fed ex picked up item on 7/27.
I also spoke with kavon webber and he acknowledged he received the item on 7/28. Kavon webber's phone number is 1-646-490-2567. Excellent care phone number is 1-800-915-9261... But when i called the 1-800 # they refered me to kavon webber as the only person i could talk to about this bill.
I returned all of the items (2ea-blood glucose/reagent strips), (calibrator solutions/chips-2ea), (lancets), (blood glucose monitor). I told kavon that i was already with a different supplier (ccs medical-1-800-726-9811) and that blue cross and blue shield would only pay for one and do not send. But they did anyway. Now i got this letter today wanting my secondary insurance company info but i do not think they need that when they have items returned and other insurance company declined them. Also i have not paid anything to excellent care medical supply as of yet they are billing me for the $195.52.
