Can't bill insurance or medicare correctly then holds the customer responsible

When I ordered supplies I sent my insurance information which is a Medicare Advantage Private Fee-For-Service plan. My plan will pay 100% of all my diabetic supplies. When I received the supplies from Liberty I was billed for 20% of the cost. They informed me that was the co-pay for medicare users. That may be true but I have a plan that covers 100%. I went back and forth with them on this and still they bill me for co-pay. I returned the next supplies they sent, but they say it was past the time allowed for returns. I had held the supplies waiting for Liberty to correct my statement and show I owed nothing. This never happen and they still billed me. They also sent more supplies that I did not ask for and I returned them as soon as I received. Now it seems they are having a problem getting this straight. My suggestion is that if you have Medicare or a Medicare plan deal with someone else who you can a honest deal.
