I placed an order for some sneaker's on Feb 15 (yesterday). It wasn't until this morning that I realized something odd about that site. They have 24/7 customer service, but no contact number just a generic e-mail. Within those e-mails that they respond with, there are so many grammatical errors and misspelled words. Also, when I paid for it online it was made out to some organization called "Aiecars LTDA". I called my bank they told me they can't do anything about it until the payment has gone through, and it could take up to 30-45 days to dispute it with the merchant I used to get the shoes. Please help.
