On 12/5 I order a pair of Onitsuka Tiger by Asics sneaker SKU: 78173665 FOR $46.99 but had them shipped to the wrong address. Within minutes I called customer service to change the address and was told the sneaker had been shipped but they would send me out another pair since I purchased them for a gift. The shoes never arrived, and according to the tracking slip someone by the name Toomer signed for the shoes. I called the college and no one by that name worked there. Several calls to 6pm regarding a refund and each time I was told they are investigating the claim. I need some answers regarding my refund.
