Ordered flowers online, paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day to my wife's office. Tracked delivery; notice provided flowers were attempted to be delivered at her office at QUARTER TO MIDNIGHT, Valentine's Day. Her office closed at 6 pm. I sent an email on 2/15 to notify them my wife had not received her flowers. They CANCELLED the order WITHOUT authorization. She called their customer service this evening wherein the rep confessed to her about the order cancellation.
Naturally, my wife became very upset, which in turn upset me. She demanded to speak to a supervisor with still no resolution. She was still upset and told him to keep his $20 coupon. I then took the phone and he hung on me.
We will NEVER use this company again.
