Bought an Xbox 360 Elite on Ebay. Item was listed as new, but when item arrived, it had a big "REFURBISHED" sticker on it. Contacted the Seller, who acknowledged that it had the "Red Ring of Death" on it when he got it (insuating that he bought it used), so he had it repaired then sold it to me. He refuses to cooperate and Paypal wants me to send it back to him for a refund, however, i have already bought $250 worth of games and controllers to go with it, so returning it to him is not an option. Paypal says they won't give me a refund unless I return the item to him.
