This Product Item Surely States That It Is Working... When It Arrived The Console Did Not Work The Controllers Sounded Like There Were Parts Broken Inside... All-In-All This Was "JUNK"...

I Promptlly Asked For A Refund To No Available... I Went Through eBay And PayPal With The Complaint Through "Dispute Resolution"

And The Judgement Was For The Seller Who Was In This Instance Dead-Wrong In Selling The Item As A Working Item... Again If He Would Of Packaged It Properly... Maybe Then It May've Worked...
